Adelaide is a boutique planning and design studio based in Vancouver, Canada. As a boutique firm, we accommodate a limited number of weddings and events each year to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and an unparalleled experience.

Full Service Event Design & Planning

A comprehensive service that allows for a seamless planning process and elevated event aesthetic. Along with curating linens, florals, stationery, table ware, furniture and confectionary, we handle all of the logistics of your event. Our planning service includes the venue find, creating a budget, monitoring timelines on an ongoing basis, finalizing a layout for your event and engaging in ongoing vendor management. Our day of coordination ensures you can focus on the moments that matter most.

Design & Styling

At Adelaide, we are inspired by organic florals, renaissance art, rich fabrics, old world architecture, antiques, artisanal ceramics, hand painted wallpaper and haute couture. As the curators for the aesthetic of your event, we create a cohesive and elevated affair with artful details. We love sourcing unique design elements, to ensure what we create with you is truly one of a kind.

Our design and styling service is perfect for weddings where the venue has an on site planner or for highly organized couples who want to be directly involved in all of the planning details of their event.

Destination & Elopement

For creating an unforgettable, once in a lifetime experience, we are available for destination events and for elopements. We have experience working in both North America and Europe and love any opportunity to discover new destinations
